New Online Battlebox Tutorials

We’ve added new tutorials to the support area to coincide with the latest release of the ImpactAware platform. This latest release allows finer grained control of your Online Battlebox allowing you to create and assign two new types of document.

Shared Documents allow you to capture best practice and common information that can be assigned across your model. These documents are automatically linked to the standard reports.

Managed Documents allow you to attach specific documents to your business continuity model. These documents are automatically linked into any disaster recovery and business continuity documents. These documents have a specific review period that must be managed by the document owner or deputy.

To better support the Managed Document feature we have added a new application that provides end users with a cut down interface to the Online Battlebox. The Managed Document Application allows business continuity practitioners to review and update managed documents without any knowledge of your businesses dependency model structure.
