Area
An area represents a part of a building. It can represent a room, floor or external area such as a carpark.
- name
- The name of the asset
- description
- A free text description for the asset
- Asset ID
- A free text field for any organizational identifier for this asset
- Assigned To
- The user that is assigned this asset. They are responsible for updating and maintaing the information associated with this asset.
- Deputy
- An alternative user attached to the asset. They are responsible for the updating and maintaining the information associated with this asset.
- Last Reviewed
- A read only timestamp that is updated automatically when the asset information is updated.
- Notes
- Free text field that can be used for additional notes.
- Address
- The building address.
- Fireplan
- A document representing the fireplan for this building
- Manager
- The contact representing the Building Manage.
- Site
- The site location where this building exists.
