Department

A department is an organisational unit and is the middle level of the organisation dependency model. Note that this may have a different name within your installation.

A free text description for the asset

Asset ID

A free text field for any organizational identifier for this asset

Assigned To

The user that is assigned this asset. They are responsible for updating and maintaing the information associated with this asset.

Deputy

An alternative user attached to the asset. They are responsible for the updating and maintaining the information associated with this asset.

Last Reviewed

A read only timestamp that is updated automatically when the asset information is updated.

Notes

Free text field that can be used for additional notes.

Division

The division to which this department is attached.
