Process
A process is an activity unit and is the middle level of the activity dependency model. A process is a unit of function that participates in the delivery of an activity. A process or business process may participate in multiple activities.
The owner of a process represents the part of the organisation that is responsible for delivering that process. This may or may not be different from the owner of the activity.

- The name of the asset
- description
- A free text description for the asset
- Asset ID
- A free text field for any organizational identifier for this asset
- Assigned To
- The user that is assigned this asset. They are responsible for updating and maintaing the information associated with this asset.
- Deputy
- An alternative user attached to the asset. They are responsible for the updating and maintaining the information associated with this asset.
- Last Reviewed
- A read only timestamp that is updated automatically when the asset information is updated.
- Critical
- True if this process is considered critical.
- Notes
- Free text field that can be used for additional notes.
- Owner
- The organisational unit that is responsible for the delivery of Process.
- Recovery Time
- The number of hours it takes for an asset to be recovered. This value can only be set for a resource and is calculated for every other asset.
- Recovery Time Object
- The number of hours the business can operate without this asset. This value can only be set within an Activity and is calculated for every other asset.
