Section
A section is an organisational unit and is the lowest level of the organisation dependency model. Note that this may have a different name within your installation.
- name
- The name of the asset
- description
- A free text description for the asset
- Asset ID
- A free text field for any organizational identifier for this asset
- Assigned To
- The user that is assigned this asset. They are responsible for updating and maintaing the information associated with this asset.
- Deputy
- An alternative user attached to the asset. They are responsible for the updating and maintaining the information associated with this asset.
- Last Reviewed
- A read only timestamp that is updated automatically when the asset information is updated.
- Notes
- Free text field that can be used for additional notes.
- Department
- The department this section is part of.
- Location
- The location of this section. NOTE: This field is deprecated and may be removed in a future release. The concept of location is now captured directly within the Team resource.
