Symptom

When using Firefox as you default browser, if a report is generated and left open, and then the same report is regenerated following changes to the model, a second copy of the stale previous report is opened.

Reason

This is a behaviour specific to Firefox and is a result of how it interacts with the caching information provided by our servers.

Workaround

Users are advised to make sure that if they wish to download a report a second time, then they should close or save the initial download.
