Install Issue when using Internet Explorer
Symptom
On some versions of Internet Explorer you may experience an issue that results in a dialog “Unable to launch application”. This will only occur when a new version is available but has not been installed.
Reason
Internet Explorer is not honoring the caching information provided by our servers.
Workaround
Clear the browser cache forces all of our files to be reloaded and the correct files to be reinstalled.

Select the Tools menu in Internet Explorer and select Internet Options. On the dialog box, within the General Tab the middle section refers to your internet cache. Select the Delete Files… button and then select okay if you are asked for further confirmation.
Now follow the normal install procedure for ImpactAware.

Got to the Tools menu shown below and select Delete Browser History.

On the dialog box, the top section refers to your internet cache. Select the Delete Files… button and then select okay if you are asked for further confirmation.
Now follow the normal install procedure for ImpactAware.
