My username and password is requested everytime I download a document or report

Symptom

When downloading a document or report from ImpactAware the system requests your username and password each time.

Reason

The downloading of documents and reports is done through your default web browser. In most cases this will be Internet Explorer.

Workaround

When the web browser requests your username and password, set the Remember My Password to true. If this option is not available then your local administrator may need to provide you with assistance to enable this feature.
