The application does not allow updates or deletes
Symptom
While using the main ImpactAware application any update or delete actions are accepted by the application but does not change the data.
Reason
This behaviour is due to your firewall interfering with the transactions between the application and our servers. This only occurs when using a deprecated application install URL.
Workaround
Install the application from our new install URL which can be provided to you by your account manager on request.
