If you select the Approve my Plans button from the ImpactAware front screen you will see a list of plans for which you have approval rights. To approve a plan you select it and download the plan. You must walk through each section of the generated plan and check the information is correct and conforms to any internal policies you may have.

If you are happy with the plan then you should select the appropriate plan and select the Approve button. If you have an issue with the content of the plan then you must raise these with the plan owner or plan deputy.

If you are not happy with the content of the plan then you should not approve the plan but contact the relevant champion and advise them of any required changes.
