Select the My Plans workflow from the dashboard

You will be presented with a list of all the plans you have a right to view. You can download these in PDF or Microsoft Word RTF format. To do so select the plan that you want to download and then hit the View As PDF or View as RTF button.

If you are a coordinator you will also have the right to view all the plans generated by ImpactAware. Since ImpactAware generates a single plan for every element added to the system, there maybe thousands of plans within the datastore. For this reason we do not display all the available plans to coordinators, but we do provide a search mechanism. To access this simply select the All Plans tab and type in your search term and hit search. For example if you want a specific department plan, then use the department name and the results will list every plan that contains that term.
