Managing Your Assets
Managing your assets within ImpactAware couldn’t be easier. Select the Assets by Type menu to see the screen as shown above. Within this workspace there is a list of assets and a details area that allows you to modify the asset information.
You may select the type of asset to list by selecting the type from the drop down list at the bottom of this workspace. You may also create or delete an asset of the type selected by using the appropriate button located at the bottom of the workspace.
Once you have selected the type, you can select an asset from the list and its details will be displayed on the right hand side of the workspace. If you change any of the details remember to hit the save button at the bottom of the details page.
There are three special asset types that need to be considered. These are special because they represent the top level assets of a location, organisation or activity. These assets not only allow you to edit their details but also the structure below them.
